I'm bringing the crock pot back out now! You should probably get used to seeing crock pots since I'll be using mine about 3 times a week.
Recipe: Slow Cooker Pork with Fruit
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 5 min
Ingredients:
3-5 pounds Pork Shoulder Roast
1 large onion, sliced
2 apples, cut into pieces
3 TBSP mango chutney
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
1 oz raisins
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Slice meat and serve.
